With our aqua sound bath, experience all the healing qualities of a regular sound bath but through the dynamic medium of water.
Using a variety of therapeutic healing instruments including gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other healing instruments participants have the option to lay our poolside spa beds or float with a floatation aid, transporting their imagination and connection to the self in this immersive sensual experience.
The vibrations of frequency work deep within the body and mind unblocking the energy centres within the body contributing to a greater flow of energy and creativity. Although the soundscapes are designed to be pleasurable, they are also deeply therapeutic, aiding sleep better, regulating the nervous system and relaxing the muscles.
