MEDITATION

WITH DAWN RUMSEY

We are delighted to announce the return of Meditation workshops here at Eastwell Manor. This workshop is suitable for beginners and those with meditation experience.

The session will be in the comfort of the beautiful Cornwallis Room with yoga mats provided.

You can choose to lay down or sit during this workshop and seating is available if required (please request on booking) .


Everyone will enjoy relaxing in the tranquil atmosphere with calming music and candles and intuitive guidance from Dawn.

What is the benefit of Meditation?


Reduce blood pressure, reduce stress, relaxes the body of tension, offload the mind of worries and distractions, calm the mind and aid with sleep patterns, enable recovery and healing, encourages self-awareness.


Itinerary

  • Brief Introduction to the Meditation
  • 5 minutes of Breathwork
  • 30 minutes of guided visual meditation
  • 5 minutes to continue the meditation alone
  • 5 minutes of quiet wind down time
  • End of session where the therapist will be available for advice or any questions
