Having discovered a love of fitness in my 30's I trained up firstly to become a Fitness Instructor, then a Personal Trainer. I have a passion for running, having taken part in races of all distances from 5km up to 50 miles, I am also qualified as a Leader in Running Fitness.

I love motivating people to become the best version of themselves and will make personal training sessions tailored to you, to help you achieve your goals.
